PRE-Beginners' TONE, BURN & SKILLS Workshop

Try the Pre-Beginners 5 Week Tone, Burn & Skills Workshop

This 5 Week -1hr/ Week class is designed to tone and strengthen all muscle groups.
The class begins with a short strengthen/yoga circuit to increase your heart rate and get your muscles moving. Then we will incorporate the use of dance pole to help work on strengthening the core, flexibility, and complete toning.

Beginners' Levels 1 - 4
Level 1: Routine Work

Learn a detailed choreographed Beginners' Level dance routine incorporating skills developed through the Pre-Beginners' Workshop
(Must take 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills Workshop before entering Level 1)


Level 2: Routine Work
Learn a another detailed choreographed Beginners' Level dance routine incorporating skills developed through the Pre-Beginners' & Level 1 Workshops.
(Must have taken the 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills & Level 1 Workshops before entering Level 2)

Level 3: Routine Work
Incorporate Level 1 & 2 Dance Routines into an amazing calorie burning, toning and strengthing 1 hour workout!
(Must have taken the 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills & Level 1, 2 Workshops before entering Level 3)

Level 4: Private Show
Invite a special someone to view your CAT Studio: Dance Pole Fitness Routines!
15 mins is given to perform your routines.
Choose 2-4 songs to learn timing, positioning and sex appeal.
(Must have taken the 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills & Level 1, 2 & 3 Workshops before entering Level 4)

Intermediate Levels 1 - 4
Level 1: Skills Work
Work on Intermediate Level Skills, Tricks, Holds and Floor Work!
(Must take Beginners' 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills,
Beginners' Level 1, 2, 3Workshops before entering Intermediate Level 1)

Level 2: Routine Work
Learn a detailed corerographed Intermediate Level dance routine incorporating skills developed through the Level 1 Workshop
(Must take Beginners' 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills,
Beginners' Level 1, 2, 3 & Intermediate Level 1 Workshops before entering Intermediate Level 1)

Level 3: GOT COMMITMENT?
Incorporate Beginners' Level 1, 2 Dance Routines with Intermediate Level 2 into an extreme calorie burning, toning and strengthing 1 hour workout!
(Must take Beginners' 5 week Tone,Burn & Skills,
Beginners' Level 1, 2, 3 & Intermediate Level 1, 2 Workshops before entering Intermediate Level 2)

Level 4: Private Show
Invite a special someone to view your CAT Studio:
Dance Pole Fitness Routines!
20 mins is given to perform all your amazing skills & routines.
Choose 2-4 songs to learn timing, positioning and sex appeal.
